How to Pay Your Dues & Other Fees
Depending on the ensemble your student participates in, there are a variety of dues and fees to be paid. These charges are posted to your child’s Quickbooks Student Account.
Quickbooks
Pay your fees directly from your Quickbooks invoice using the link on included on the bottom. Quickbooks accepts debit or credit cards, Apple Pay or ACH transfers. Invoices are sent out to via email as they are generated. To pay an invoice listed on your statement, you may request a copy from treasurer@fbhsband.org
Cash or Check
Make cash or check payments by depositing payment into the RED BOX outside Mr. G or Mrs. McIntyre’s offices. Pick up an envelope at the box, fill in your student’s name, the purpose of the payment and the amount before dropping it in the box. Payments made here are SECURE – only Mr. G, Mrs. McIntyre and the BPA Treasurer have keys to the locked Payment Boxes.
